NFF61-030标准定义在铁路车辆上使用的电气连接器的几何，电气，理化和机械的特性。它同样规定批准的条件和质量的管理。

NFF61-030标准主要测试内容：连接器（底座和插头）的几何特性测试，电气特性测试，理化特性测试（防火等级要求，耐腐蚀，耐液体等，机械特性等测试。

对于所有的车辆类别的地板的多层构件、车身两端及乘客车厢与司机室的间壁、卧铺与走廊之间的间壁、空腔隔板（空腔隔板的功能是，防止穿过高热传递率产生环境的空气迅速移动）、垃圾箱的材料等根据BS6853标准中的BS 476-20进行试验，要求测试样品达到30分钟的整体性及绝缘性。

1. ASTM C665标准适用范围

1.1 This specification covers the composition and physical properties of mineral-fiber blanket insulation used to thermally or acoustically insulate ceilings, floors, and walls in light frame construction and manufactured housing.
