Field of application:

Surface materials for bulkheads and ceilings and similar exposed surfaces, floor coverings

Test time is 10 minutes, recording all smoke density and gas content. Samples exposed to 25 or (50) KW/m2 radiation heat conditions, for testing. By CO2, CO, HF, HCI, HCN, NO2, SO2, HBr gas to analyze the toxicity of the eight

Smoke density classification standard:
A test gas than the maximum optical density (Ds) average (Dm)
1. For the bulkhead, lining or ceiling surface, in any experimental conditions, Dm ≤ 200
2. For deck covering material, in any experimental conditions, Dm ≤ 400
3. For the floor surface of the material, in any experimental conditions, Dm ≤ 500
4. For plastic pipes and cables, in any experimental conditions, Dm ≤ 400

Toxicity grading criteria:

CO   1450ppm

HF    600ppm

HCI   600ppm

HCN  140ppm

NO₂   350ppm

SO₂、 120ppm

HBr   600ppm
