Applies to portable shipping tanks with capacity larger than 60 gallons (227 L) and not exceeding 660 gallons (2498 L) used for the transportation of normally stable flammable and combustible liquids having a flash point below 200oF(93.4oC) and handled at temperatures below their boiling point.
