NFPA 35: STANDARD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF ORGANIC COATINGS
NFPA 35: 有机涂料生产标准
 
1-1.1 This standard shall apply to facilities that use flammable and combustible liquids, as herein defined, to manufacture organic coatings for automotive, industrial, institutional, household, marine, printing, transportation, and other applications.
1-1.2 This standard shall not apply to the following:
(1)* Operations involving the use or application of coating materials
(2)* Storage of organic coatings in locations other than the manufacturing facility.
 
Keep pace with changes and additions in the 2011 NFPA 35 for better hazard control during the manufacture of organic coatings.
NFPA 35: Standard for the Manufacture of Organic Coatings provides requirements for fire-safe design and operation of facilities that manufacture organic chemical-based coatings such as paints and inks for automotive, industrial, institutional, household, marine, printing, transportation, and other applications.
Make sure you're up-to-date on these changes in the 2011 NFPA 35:
·   Complete revision of requirements for ventilation of process areas where flammable liquids or heated combustible liquids are handled or processed
