1.1 Scope. This standard shall apply to establishments hereinafter defined as drycleaning plants

Avoid dangerous fires and explosions by following safety provisions in the 2011 NFPA 32.
NFPA 32: Standard for Drycleaning Plants prescribes safeguards intended to prevent fires and explosions involving drycleaning processes and to minimize the personal injury and property damage consequences of such incidents.
Update your knowledge and make sure you're working with the 2011 edition containing changes and additions that reflect the latest industry developments and technologies:
·   New and modified definition that help AHJs and users more accurately classify solvents used in drycleaning machines
·   New definitions covering laundry, laundry dryer, and wet cleaning in drycleaning plants
·   Clarified criteria for fire barrier walls
Requirements are outlined by type of plant, which is determined by the solvent in use. (Softbound, 19 pp., 2011)
