This British Standard is the UK implementation of EN 15651-5:2017. It supersedes BS EN 15651-5:2012 which is withdrawn. EN15651-5密封胶CE认证于2014年强制CE认证。

EN15651-5标准适用范围

This EN15651-5 European Standard specifies procedures for assessment and verification of constancy of performance, marking and labeling of sealants for non-structural joints in building construction and pedestrian walkways.
This document is one of the product European Standards within the framework series of EN 15651 on sealants for non-structural use in joints in buildings and pedestrian walkways, as follow:
-Part 1: Sealants for fa?ade elements,
-Part 2: Sealants for glazing,
-Part 3: Sealants for sanitary joints,
-Part 4: Sealants for pedestrian walkways,
-Part 5: Assessment and verification of constancy of performance, marking and labeling.

EN 15651-5密封胶CE认证认证流程

1、确定需要认证的产品类型，提交申请
2、确定欧洲建筑产品法规，建筑用密封胶需符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CRP 305/2011/EU
3、确定欧洲协调标准，建筑密封胶需符合协调标准EN 15651-5
4、根据CPR法规和协调标准EN 15651-5进行测试评估，欧盟公告机构根据认证体系1或者体系3进行（根据是否使用阻燃剂及防火等级的要求）
5、获得由欧盟公告机构颁发的测试报告和证书 (如果根据体系1认证需工厂审查)
6、产品DoP文件
7、在产品包装上加贴带欧盟公告机构编码的CE标志
8、在欧洲市场自由销售

EN 15651-5密封胶CE认证性能要求

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根据EN13501-1进行测定评估，防火等级为A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F，(根据EN ISO 11925-2和EN ISO 13823标准进行测试)
（产品用于防火用途，如果产品使用阻燃剂以提高产品性能，需要根据体系1进行认证，否则根据认证体系3由公告机构进行测试认证）
