EN 16069保溫材料CE認證——適用範圍
This European Standard specifies the requirements for factory made polyethylene foam (PEF) products, with or without facings or coatings, which are used for thermal insulation of buildings. The products are manufactured in the form of boards or rolls or other preformed ware.
Products with a declared thermal resistance lower than 0.5 m2·K/W or a declared thermal conductivity greater than 0.050 W/(m·K) at 10℃ are not covered by this Standard.
This standard does not cover in situ insulation products and products intended to be used for the insulation of building equipment and industrial installations (covered by EN 14313). Further excluded are non-foamed materials such as bubble films, foils etc.
EN 16069保溫材料CE認證——認證體系及強制時間
從2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒佈的建築產品CPR法規(Construction Product Regulation簡稱305/2011/EU-CPR法規)將全面取代原來的建築產品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive簡稱89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，歐盟CPR法規將對CE認證要求更加嚴格。
在CPR法規的指導下，EN16069協調標準採用體系1或者體系3進行測試認證，且必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備資質能力的歐盟公告號機構(Notified Body)進行測試或認證。EN16069保溫材料CE認證從2015年07月10日協調，2016年07月10日開始強制實施，緩衝期一年。
