EN 45545-1:2013 Railway applications-Fire protection on railway vehicles-Part 1: General
Status : Current   Published : March 2013

This document (EN 45545-1:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 256 “Railway
applications”, the secretariat of which is held by DIN.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2013, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by March 2016.

This document supersedes CEN/TS 45545-1:2009.

EN 45545铁路车辆防火通则－标准概述
EN 45545该系列欧洲标准在2012年11月7日得到欧洲标准化委员会的批准。标准实施的版本为EN 45545:2013，已正式取代了CEN/TS 45545:2009旧版本。本欧洲标准有三个官方版本（英语，法语，德语）。
 
EN 45545将逐渐成为欧洲铁路车辆防火的安全规范。现与之冲突的标准将于2016年3月前被撤回，如BS6853，DIN5510，NFF16-101等。

EN 45545-1铁路车辆防火通则－简介
EN 45545中规定的要求是为了在铁路车辆内发生火灾时，保护乘客和工作人员的安全。
EN 45545明确了：轨道车辆防火保护的测试方法；这些测试方法的验证。
EN 45545-1 这部分标准包括了：主要的定义；操作类别；设计要求；防火安全目标；防火措施和合格评定的一般要求。
 
EN 45545-1铁路车辆防火通则－总则
EN 45545的目标是减少火灾的概率，控制火灾的发展程度，以此来减少对车内制品的影响，从而保护对乘客和工作人员的安全。在铁路车辆设计和运营时都需要考虑到该目标。
在EN 45545 范围内，不同的点火模型具体参考附录A，特定材料和产品的测试要求具体参考EN 45545-2标准。
