柔性防水板CE认证-EN 13967-涉及的产品范围：

EN 13867规定了建筑（包含地库防水层）防潮用的柔性橡胶和塑料板的定义和特性。该标准同时规定了要求和测试方法，也提供了符合标准的产品评估。

Scope：This document specifies definitions and characteristics of flexible plastic and rubber sheets which are intended to be used as damp proofing for buildings, including basement tanking. It specifies the requirements and test methods, and provides for the evaluation of conformity of the products with the requirements of this standard.

柔性防水板CE认证-EN 13967-认证流程：

1、确定需要认证的产品类型，提交申请
2、确定欧洲产品指令，柔性防水板需符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CRP 305/2011/EU
3、确定欧洲协调标准，柔性防水板需符合协调标准EN 13967
4、根据CPR指令和协调标准EN 13967进行测试评估，欧盟公告机构根据认证体系1或者体系3进行(体系1认证需工厂审查，并进行产品认证)
5、获得由欧盟公告机构办法的测试报告和证书
6、发放产品性能声明(Declaration of Performance)
7、在产品包装上加贴带公告机构编码的CE标志
8、在欧洲市场自由销售

防火性能Reaction to fire：
根据EN13501-1进行测定评估，防火等级为A, B, C, D, E, F，(根据ISO 11925-2和EN 13823标准进行测试)（产品用于防火用途，如果产品使用阻燃剂以提高产品性能，需要根据体系1进行认证，否则根据认证体系3由公告机构NB1301进行测试认证）

EN 13967 Clause 5.5: Watertightness 透水性 – 根据EN 1928进行测试
EN 13967 Clause 5.6: Resistance to impact 抗冲击 – 根据EN 12691进行测试
EN 13967 Clause 5.7.1: After exposure to artificial ageing 人工老化 – 根据EN 1296进行测试
EN 13967 Clause 5.7.1 : Against Chemicals抗化学性 – 根据EN 1847进行测试
EN 13967 Clause 5.8: Flexibility at low temperature 低温挠性 – 根据EN 1109进行测试
EN 13967 Clause 5.9: Resistance to tearing 抗撕裂 – 根据EN12310-1进行测试

EN 1109: 防水柔性板-屋顶防水沥青板-低温挠性的测定/EN 1109: Flexible sheets for waterproofing – Bitumen sheets for roof waterproofing – Determination of flexibility at low temperature

EN 1296:防水柔性板-屋顶用沥青，塑料，橡胶板-人工老化测试方法/EN 1296: Flexible sheets for waterproofing – Bitumen, plastic and rubber sheets for roofing – method of artificial ageing by long term exposure to elevated temperature.

EN 1847: 防水柔性板-屋顶防水橡胶和塑料板-暴露于流体化学产品的测试方法/EN 1847: Flexible sheets for waterproofing-plastic and rubber sheets for roof waterproofing-method for exposure to liquid chemical, including water

EN 1848-1: Flexible sheet for waterproofing-determination of length,width and straightness-part 1: bitumen sheets for roof waterproofing.

EN 12310-1: 防水柔性板-第1部分：防水沥青板-抗撕裂的测定/EN 12310-1: Flexible sheets for waterproofing-part 1:bitumen sheets for waterproofing – determination of resistance to tearing.

EN 13691:防水柔性板-屋顶防水用沥青，塑料和橡胶板-抗冲击测定/EN 13691: Flexible sheets for waterproofing-bitumen, plastic and rubber sheets for roof waterproofing-determination of resistance to impact.

从2013年7月1日起，欧盟颁布的建筑产品CPR法规(Construction Product Regulation简称305/2011/EU-CPR法规)将全面取代原来的建筑产品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive简称CPD指令)，欧盟305/2011/EU-CPR法规将对建筑产品CE认证的要求更加严格。
